Douro – Cima Corgo e Baixo Corgo

Founded in 2001 by a family with what they describe as an enormous passion for the Douro. Four vineyards, four different terroirs across Cima Corgo and Baixo Corgo.

White vineyards: Quinta do Estremadouro, Penajóia granite and schist at altitude, transitional Atlantic-Mediterranean climate. Native white varieties (Sercial, Verdelho, Viosinho, Gouveio) fermented cool and aged on lees for aromatic freshness and texture.

Red vineyards: Castedo do Douro and Alvações do Corgo, pure schist, more extreme conditions. A pioneering 2-hectare parcel at Barrô at 450 meters grows Pinot Noir that defies expectation. The restaurant Aneto & Table in Peso da Régua completes the picture.
